  • 1 package instant ramen
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 fried egg
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced scallions
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
