  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 6 eggs
  • rice, for serving
  • dried seaweed, for garnish

Marinade:

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 2 red chilis, sliced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 lemon slices, cut in quarters
