Aparagus
- 14 oz asparagus (395 g), trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 oz salmon (170 g), 4 fillets

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the asparagus onto a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking tray.
- In a small bowl, add the olive oil, honey, and garlic. Mix until well combined. Coat salmon with mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
